You are looking for a Service ManagerOperations (Mutual Fund) to oversee end-to-end mutual fund operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, compliance, and client servicing. Your role involves managing daily operations such as purchase, redemption, switch, and SIP transactions, overseeing transaction processing through various platforms, reconciling transactions and client holdings with RTAs, ensuring compliance with SEBI and AMFI regulations, and preparing MIS reports for senior management. You must possess strong knowledge of mutual fund products, operational workflows, RTA systems, and regulatory guidelines. Your proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills will be key in this role. A graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field with 3+ years of experience in mutual fund operations is required, along with the ability to lead small to mid-sized teams. Previous experience in a mutual fund distribution firm, registrar, or AMC is preferred.
