Roles and Responsibilities Conduct lab testing, analysis, and reporting according to established protocols and procedures. Manage laboratory operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance. Assist in developing new tests and improving existing ones as per NABL guidelines. Ensure accurate documentation of test results, records, and reports using relevant software tools. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives. Desired Candidate Profile MS/M.Sc (Science) degree from a recognized university with 1-4 years of experience in lab technician role or related field. Strong knowledge of lab management principles, PCR techniques (RT-PCR), microbiology concepts, and quality control measures (NABL). Proficiency in handling various types of laboratory instruments such as autoclave sterilizers etc.
