Rsvp & hospitality Girl

RSVP Coordination:

• Calling and confirming guest attendance in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate RSVP trackers and guest lists
• Coordinating with families and vendors for seating, logistics, and transport arrangements
• Sharing event details and responding to guest queries promptly

Hospitality Management:

• Welcoming guests at the venue and assisting them with check-in or navigation
• Ensuring all hospitality services (like welcome kits, room allocations, etc.) run smoothly
• Coordinating with the logistics, transport, and accommodation teams
• Being the point of contact for VIP and special guests

Requirements:

• Female candidates only..
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable
• Prior experience in RSVP, guest management, events, or hospitality is a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for outstation weddings (if required)
• Flexible with long or event-based working hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
