Actively Supervising of ITSM Ticket queues to maintain MTTR. Analytical skills like logical thinking, Problem solving & handling assignments are mandatory. Identify root cause of P0/P1/P2/P3/P4 Incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that Customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA). First point of contact for support of any alarm/event/KPI related issues. Close Collaboration with Field Team for all field activities (Hardware failures, Node unreachable etc.). End to End Network Understanding. 3PP/OEM handling, Problem management support, Data Analytics, Customer Governance Handling. You will bring: Good knowledge in IP Networking Protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP, BGP-LU, MPLS, Inter-AS, LDP, RSVP, TE, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD, Segment Routing. Understanding of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP. IP Security protocols- IPSEC, GRE, VPN, CGNat. CISCO, Spine-leaf Architecture, Border-Leaf Architecture, VX-LAN. Telecom knowledge (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G Service Flow & Interfaces). Product/Vendor knowledge on CISCO (mandatory) & Ericsson is preferable. Good Communication & trouble-shooting skills. 3-7 years of relevant in IP Domain Degree within / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science /Computer Engineering

Ensuring adherence to timely salary cost booking in SAP. Ensuring timely payment and cost booking of various Payroll related statutory dues (Provident Fund, Profession Tax, Income Tax, Employee State Insurance, National Pension Scheme, Share Purchase plans etc.) into various group entities. Completing all Bank account reconciliations within the defined deadlines Front-ending HR, Payroll and Benefits related areas of various audits (Statutory, Tax, Group and Transfer Pricing). Ensuring timely Payroll related Withholding Tax Return filings for all the group entities. Managing the accounting, invoicing, compliance and reporting aspects of Seconded and Transferred employees (including GST impacts). Front ending with external statutory bodies (Tax Assessment, Scrutiny, appeals etc.) related to HR matters as and when required. Managing various data, reconciliation and disclosures as mandated by, but not limited to RBI, Companys Act, SEBI, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing etc. for HR related matters. Ensuring timely actuarial valuation (Local and IFRS) for retirals across group entities and ensuring that the liabilities are suitably funded and accounted. Your skills and experience Suitable accounting degree required with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in core Payroll accounting and related regulatory compliances.
