As a candidate for this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of the company by collaborating with various teams and ensuring the smooth operation of testing pipelines and RSTG jobs. Your responsibilities will include working closely with EZ Leads to review testing pipelines, coordinating RSTG job setups, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. You will collaborate with EZ and breeders to review experiments, aois, and germplasm, proactively addressing data integrity issues and setting up regular meetings to ensure clear understanding of workflows and best practices. It will be your responsibility to update Rstages for newly advanced products, verify alignment with parent lines, and ensure timely recording for seed production and parent increases. Additionally, you will assist APAC agronomy teams in designing, setting up, and analyzing experiments to achieve successful execution and meaningful results. You will also be verifying data accuracy and integrity, creating dashboards for efficient data review and analysis, and building apps using shiny/power apps. Your educational qualifications should include a Master's degree in agriculture with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or a PhD degree in agriculture with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and willingness to learn are essential requirements for this role. You should be able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating enthusiasm for continuous learning and self-improvement. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in programming with R/Python for data analysis and modeling are also desirable qualities for this position.,
