This role involves leading design and development efforts across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure layerswhile working closely with global product and engineering stakeholders. You’ll be hands-on with code while also mentoring developers, owning technical decisions, and shaping scalable, high-performing software systems. Ideal candidates bring deep experience in Ruby on Rails or Python/Django, solid frontend skills, and a strong grasp of modern cloud-native development with AWS.
