Company Description MEDIA GIANT , BLORE. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - Subtitling Coordination, located in Bengaluru. The Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating and managing the subtitling team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality subtitling projects, maintaining project schedules, liaising with clients, and providing regular project updates. Daily tasks will include assigning tasks to team members, troubleshooting issues, performing quality checks, and conducting team meetings to ensure all subtitles meet specific standards and guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in Subtitling, Translation, and Coordination Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions Proficiency in using subtitling software and tools Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Linguistics, or a related field preferred Show more Show less
