Managing job postings, campus hiring, and DSA/DST resource onboarding. Ensuring manpower availability as per business requirements. 2. Employee Onboarding & Training Designing induction programs for new joiners in loan products (Personal, Business, Home, LAP, MSME, etc.). Coordinating product & compliance training sessions with senior management. Ensuring adherence to RBI and company guidelines in HR processes. 3. Performance Management Defining KRAs & KPIs for sales and credit teams. Monitoring employee performance against loan disbursal, collection, and sales targets. Implementing appraisal systems, incentives, and recognition programs. 4. Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensuring HR policies are aligned with financial industry regulations. Maintaining PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory compliance. Handling audits and labor law requirements for branches. 5. Employee Engagement & Retention Building motivation programs for high-pressure sales environments. Handling grievance redressal and conflict management. Planning employee welfare activities to reduce attrition. 6. Payroll & HR Operations Managing attendance, leave, payroll processing, and reimbursement. Ensuring timely salary disbursement and incentive calculations. Maintaining accurate HR records & HRMS system updates. 7. Strategic HR Support Supporting management in manpower planning for new branches. Assisting in performance-linked incentive (PLI) and commission structures. Providing HR insights to improve productivity in loan disbursal and collections.
