Role : System Administrator for RSA Archer Location : Hyderabad Total experience : 4 to 6 years or more Effective experience : Minimum 2 years in administration of RSA Archer Job Summary We are looking for an experienced RSA Archer Administrator /Product Engineer to lead the operations, optimization and new application development. We expect the candidate to be well versed with the RSA Archer administration, troubleshooting integration with enterprise security solutions and development of custom applications on the platform based on customer business need. KRAs of the role This is a core technical IC role which requires candidates to be hands-on and ability to deliver the below tasks independently. Use Case Development/Deployment: Build and optimize use cases for modules deployed in RSA Archer Administration Maintenance: Ensuring up time of platform, day to day administration tasks, ensuring platform stability and performance. Carry out patch management of the application Integration Automation: Integrate RSA Archer with other enterprise systems (SIEM, ITSM, for example) and develop automation workflows based on customer requirements. Troubleshooting Enhancements: Diagnose and resolve issues, optimize system performance, and recommend improvements in the platform. Work and build custom workflows, applications based on customer expectations Other skills required Interaction with IT, Security, Compliance, and Business teams Technology and skills Should be working on RSA Archer platform in a large environment preferably in a banking environment. Prior experience should include all the areas mentioned in section 6 Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for automation and custom application development Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and risk management methodologies Should be familiar with the API framework of RSA for leveraging the tool for meeting business requirements. OS: Windows and Linux (intermediate skills). Good knowledge of Risk compliance and IS standards for auditing and certification Working Window Should be flexible to work in shifts and on demand for any weekend activities Experience / Skills/Qualifications Education Qualification Any Graduation/Intermediate/ Diploma with minimum 60% Mandatory Certifications RSA Archer Certified Administrator or RSA Archer Certified Specialist CISSP/CISA/CISM/CEH , any one of the certifications in mandatory
