Technical Improvement & Customer Interaction: Work with the product and R&D teams to report on-field observations and suggest improvements for ITUS hardware and firmware. Assist in deploying firmware and software updates (FUOTA), ensuring that the latest features and security protocols are applied. Provide feedback to refine installation procedures, device compatibility, and user experience. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and ensure they get maximum value from the ITUS solution.
