Role & responsibilities GST Compliance & Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.) for clients.GST Reconciliation: Handle ITC reconciliation, GST ledger matching, and rectify mismatches to ensure compliance.GST Audits & Assessments: Assist in GST audits and departmental assessments, ensuring proper documentation and representation.GST Advisory & Consulting: Provide expert advisory services on GST implications, input tax credit, place of supply, reverse charge mechanism, and exemptions.Handling GST Notices & Litigation: Draft responses to GST notices and representation before tax authorities.E-invoicing & E-way Bill Compliance: Ensure proper implementation and compliance with E-invoicing and E-way Bill provisions.Stay Updated on GST Laws: Keep track of amendments in GST laws and updates from CBIC, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
