Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hardware & software issues in laptops (Windows & Mac preferred). Perform motherboard replacements, screen, battery, keyboard, and other part replacements. Handle OS installations, driver updates, and basic networking configurations. Maintain records of all repairs and customer interactions. Provide doorstep service and pickup/drop support when required. Communicate clearly with customers about issues, timelines, and pricing. Skills Required: Good technical knowledge of laptop internal components. Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software problems efficiently.customer-handling skills.
