As a SAP SD Senior Consultant at Re:Sources, you will leverage your 5 to 9 years of experience across SD modules and integration between PS, FI, MM, and SD to provide essential business analysis and process redesign expertise. Your role will involve analyzing and enhancing SAP functions and processes within the enterprise, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex business concepts in technical and functional terms. Your interpersonal skills will be crucial as you collaborate with cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks. A deep understanding of SAP's customizing toolset, including IMG (Implementation Management Guide), will be essential for success in this role. With a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP Implementations as an SAP SD consultant, you will be well-equipped to handle function document preparation, functional specification, use manual and test script preparation. Knowledge of the RRB process will be considered an added advantage, as you will be responsible for managing a team of 3-5 people, mentoring them to enhance their skills. Monitoring and reporting project status to management, you will proactively identify issues that may hinder project goals and implement corrective actions. Additionally, you should be capable of leading small sub-projects and coaching project personnel to ensure that business application systems comply with architectural standards, established methodologies, and best practices.
