Key Responsibilities 1. Consultation Management Conduct online and in-clinic consultations with prospective clients. Understand patient's hair loss grade, expectations, and emotional triggers. Educate patients using standard presentation materials tailored to individual concerns. Explain doctor’s profile, clinic USPs, and treatment process with clarity and confidence. 2. Sales & Conversion Create urgency based on graft requirement, timeline, and fear of progression. Address objections regarding time, fear, budget, or misinformation. Pitch packages, explain cost transparently, and handle price-related queries. Guide patients through the slot booking process and encourage early decision-making. 3. Follow-up & Closure Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm leads via WhatsApp, phone, or in-person. Share quotes, before-after photos, testimonials, and post-op care plans to build trust. Assist patients in managing finance (EMI, split payment, etc.). Ensure booking confirmation, send reminders, and pre-surgery instructions. 4. Clinic & Professional Conduct Maintain a clean, organized consultation area. Ensure professional appearance and welcoming body language. Use a warm, empathetic, and confident tone with both male and female clients. Adhere to clinic SOPs for patient privacy, ethical communication, and data entry.

You will manage CRM updates, follow up with leads, assist with consultation bookings (free/paid), and coordinate with the finance team on payment issues.
