Axiado's SQA team is currently in search of a skilled and seasoned automation lead to enhance our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape automation frameworks, test infrastructure, scripting, and lead a team of engineers. Responsibilities: - Formulate an Automation Strategy and Scope that aligns with the company's overarching goals and objectives. - Oversee and Execute Automation projects from inception to conclusion, including the selection of appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms, as well as defining project requirements. - Provide mentorship to team members, offering guidance to ensure the delivery of top-notch solutions. Qualifications Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Automation within areas like SoC, BMC, Security, and platform management. - Proficiency in test Automation Frameworks such as Pytest /Robot Framework, Django, Selenium, Appium, Jenkins. - Strong understanding of Python modules like paramiko, pyserial, RPyC, multithreading, Multiprocessing, AsyncIO. - Sound knowledge of SQL, REST, JSON, XML, HTML, XPath, CSS. - Familiarity with Test Management Tools like Xray, JIRA, etc. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Competent in constructing CI/CD frameworks using tools such as GIT, Jenkins, and JFrog, Splunk for log monitoring.
