RPV Design

As a Static Equipment Design Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing pressure vessels for Refineries, Gas equipment, etc., your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Utilizing software tools such as PV Elite, Nozzle PRO, COMPRESS, AutoCAD, and conducting various calculations using Excel sheets for tasks such as Lifting, Transportation saddle, Welded Support clips, Lugs, etc. - Demonstrating expertise in ASME Codes, PMC/Licensors/EPC Specification, and adhering to Industrial Standards like API, NACE, etc. - Reviewing fabrication drawings, Material procurement drawings (Nozzle forgings, Y-Ring, etc.), and preparing Mechanical design calculation reports, Material requirement sheets. - Interpreting client specifications, creating Technical open item lists, specification summary sheets, and ARMs (Technical specification) for material ordering in accordance with ASME Code and project specifications. - Collaborating with ASME AI / PE (For U2 Stamp) for approval on design documents and liaising with clients regarding technical issues and document approval. - Providing technical support and coordination to fabrication shops as per project requirements.
