Job Description Role and Responsibilities Handling the logistics of the training and schooling sessions of the students. Assist the trainers in training the Government school teachers and facilitating sessions for students from government schools Maintain attendance of all sessions conducted and create weekly reports of weekly sessions conducted. Facilitating weekly peer learning sessions with the teachers, also taking part in the content development of the sessions Liaising and maintaining good rapport with the teachers and government officials Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Experience – Freshers to 3 years Prior work experience in the development sector of 1 - 2 years is an advantage Proficiency in English language is mandatory (written and verbal communication skills) Working knowledge of Marathi and Hindi language is a advantage Team player who can work effectively with peers, subordinates, and senior managers Excellent technical skills including Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google functions Passion for working in the education sector Ability to adapt quickly Employment Type - Full Time Candidates from Thane location will be preferred and willing to travel.
