RPA - UI/UX Developer

As a skilled UI/UX Developer at YASH Technologies, your role will involve creating intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces for RPA related tasks, websites, applications, and other software. You will combine user-centered design principles with visual design to enhance user satisfaction and engagement, bridging the gap between user needs and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities: - User Research: Conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements. - User Flows and Information Architecture: Design user flows, site maps, and information architecture to ensure clear and efficient navigation. - Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. - Visual Design: Create visually appealing interfaces using color palettes, typography, imagery, and other design elements. - UI Element Design: Design specific UI elements like buttons, forms, icons, and navigation menus. - Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure intuitive and user-friendly design. - Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design process. - Staying Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Skills Required: - User-Centered Design - Visual Design - Prototyping Tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) - Communication - Problem-Solving - Analytical Skills Preferred Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role - Portfolio showcasing web or mobile application design projects - Knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision - Proficiency in design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Good time-management skills - BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
