You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility. Additionally, you will need to develop a detailed project plan to track progress, including resource hiring and mobilization as per the project plan. Using appropriate verification techniques, you will manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, while measuring project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques. It is crucial to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, performing risk management to minimize project risks, and conducting performance reviews of team members are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to train and upskill the team according to the project requirements. As for the requirements and skills, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. With a total of 12-15 years of experience in After Market and Technical Publication Services, at least 5 years should be in Project Management. Excellent client-facing and communication skills, strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities, and the capacity to identify potential project risks and create mitigation strategies are essential. Moreover, you should possess good technical knowledge of automotive, agriculture, construction, and forestry equipment, as well as familiarity with the latest technologies, Power BI dashboards, and data analysis. In terms of tools, you should be proficient in MS Office, PowerBI, Creo Parametric, Creo View, IsoDraw CADProcess, Keyshot, Arbortext Editor, SAP, PDM, and have basic knowledge of RPA.,
