RPA / IA Developer (UiPath + Document Understanding)

As an RPA / IA Developer, your role will involve designing and delivering RPA / IA solutions using UiPath, collaborating with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, building automations from POCs to production-ready solutions, participating in (or leading) workshops with SMEs to document and analyse processes, and guiding and mentoring junior developers as they build their skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver RPA / IA solutions using UiPath, aligned with best practices. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities. - Build automations from POCs to production-ready solutions. - Participate in (or lead) workshops with SMEs to document and analyse processes. - Guide and mentor junior developers as they build their skills. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in UiPath and Document Understanding. - 3+ years of experience in automation and programming (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, SQL, or similar). - UiPath certification or the drive to achieve it. - Good knowledge of workflow and process design (e.g., using Visio). - Great communication, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude.,
