RPA / IA Developer

Job Description: As an RPA / IA Developer at our company, you will play a key role in designing and delivering automation solutions using UiPath. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and build production-ready solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor junior developers, contributing to their skill development. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver RPA / IA solutions using UiPath, following best practices. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities. - Build automations from proof of concepts (POCs) to production-ready solutions. - Participate in or lead workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) to document and analyze processes. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in UiPath and Document Understanding. - Minimum 3 years of experience in automation and programming languages such as .NET, Java, Python, SQL, or similar. - UiPath certification or a strong drive to achieve it. - Good knowledge of workflow and process design, for example, using tools like Visio. - Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude.,
