Job Description

Job Summary:

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation workflows
Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes
Perform unit testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
Monitor and maintain deployed bots to ensure smooth operation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation solutions
Adhere to coding standards, governance, and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in RPA development

3+years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate
Proficiency in at least one major RPA tool (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as .NET, VBScript, Python, or JavaScript
Familiarity with process analysis, design, and optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism certification
Experience with OCR, AI/ML integration in RPA
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
