As a SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Sr Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, which serves as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your primary responsibility will involve automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, etc. You will be tasked with writing code in languages like C#, VB.NET, .NET to facilitate automation. Additionally, you will utilize RPA tools to design process flows, write code, and create technical documentation to ensure end-to-end automation. You will work closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and implement innovative solutions. Your focus will be on providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients establish an intelligent operating model, thus driving exceptional results. Major sub-deals you will be involved in include Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Automation Anywhere, Automation in Application Maintenance, problem-solving skills, and the ability to establish strong client relationships. You should also be adept at managing disputes and multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, developing bots using Automation Anywhere tool, understanding of the RPA Life Cycle, and RPA documentation (BRD, PDD, SDD, Run Book, etc.) is essential. Experience in Automation Anywhere issue troubleshooting and/or RPA support, knowledge of UiPath and AA, core .NET concepts, OOPs Programming, Excel Macros, written and verbal communication skills, and basic understanding of SQL server & scripting are also required. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving increasingly complex problems. Your daily interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with occasional involvement with clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive minimal instruction on daily tasks and a moderate level of guidance on new assignments.
