About the Role:
We are hiring a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join a leading US-based MNC's India office in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions using industry-standard tools, along with proficiency in automation scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and database integration.Core Requirements (In Order of Importance):Hands-on Experience with RPA Tools1. Proficiency in at least one leading RPA tool is required:2. UiPath (preferred)3. Automation Anywhere4. Blue PrismAutomation Scripting & Testing1. Strong experience using Selenium WebDriver for end-to-end test automation.Programming Knowledge1. Proficient in at least one language: Python, Java, or C#2. Familiarity with HTML for automation scenarios involving web interfacesDevOps and CI/CD1. Experience using Jenkins or other CI/CD tools for deploying and maintaining automation pipelines.Database Integration1. Solid understanding of MySQL for managing data-driven automation workflows.API Handling1. Experience with REST API development and consumption in automation contexts.
