RPA Developer

As a RPA Developer specializing in Blue Prism, you will play a crucial role in developing advanced automation solutions that integrate AI-driven capabilities to enhance RPA bots with contextual understanding, decision-making, and complex task execution beyond rule-based logic. With 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying RPA bots using Blue Prism, optimizing workflows, and ensuring process efficiency. You will work closely with the BPM team to implement and integrate Business Process Management workflows and analyze business processes suitable for automation. Your expertise should include 1+ year of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation or GenAI integration with RPA, strong experience in Blue Prism RPA platform bot development, deployment, and orchestration, working knowledge of LLMs and GenAI concepts, and programming experience in Python, Java, C++, or .Net. Proficiency in workflow logic and diagram interpretation, automation testing, and familiarity with software development life cycles such as Agile, Waterfall, and V-Model methodologies will be essential. In addition to technical skills, you are expected to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written communication abilities, and the capacity to grasp new technologies quickly. Your adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborative mindset will be crucial for success in this role. Desirable skills include experience implementing AI-enhanced RPA solutions, exposure to change management and release planning, understanding of BPM tools and workflow engines, and familiarity with automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
