Job Purpose:To support and manage daily operational activities of the assessment agency, ensuring smooth coordination between assessors, training centers, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), and clients. The role involves scheduling, documentation, compliance, and reporting as per NSDC/SSC guidelines. Key Responsibilities:Assessment Coordination Schedule and manage assessment activities across different job roles and locations. Coordinate with assessors, training providers, and SSCs for timely execution. Ensure availability of assessors as per requirements. Assessor Management Maintain assessor database with updated certifications, availability, and locations. Communicate assessment details, travel plans, and reporting timelines to assessors. Track assessor performance and compliance. Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain assessment-related records (attendance sheets, reports, photographs, videos, etc.). Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS to management and SSCs. Ensure compliance with NSDC/SSC guidelines for assessment documentation. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as a point of contact for training partners, SSCs, and internal teams. Resolve queries related to scheduling, assessor payments, and assessment results. Provide timely updates to clients and management. Operations Support Monitor smooth execution of assessments and address on-ground challenges. Assist in empanelment, assessor onboarding, and compliance processes. Support management in audits, reviews, and strategic initiatives. Skills & Competencies Required:Strong communication and coordination skills (Hindi & English). Knowledge of Skill Development ecosystem (NSDC, SSCs, schemes like PMKVY, NAPS, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Problem-solving attitude with focus on operational efficiency. Qualification & Experience:Graduate (any discipline; preference for Management/Administration background). 1–3 years of experience in Operations / Administration (Skill Development sector preferred). Freshers with strong coordination skills may also be considered.
