Building Royal pristo malad east project since last 7 years. Still not completed initially they & their cp claimed it would finish in three-four years. Never invest your hard earn money here. Builder lobby is totally looting common people & never invest any under construction projects.

Worst builder dont buy flats from them after giving the final payment they react that you never purchase a flat from them and there are so many problems in their flats water leakage from wall you can't screw on any wall they dont maintain the Society..
