Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Manager located in Aurangabad. The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch of baked goods, managing daily operations, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role involves supervising dispatch staff, maintaining communication with delivery teams, and providing excellent customer service. Operations management will also be key in this role to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Dispatching experience Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Operations Management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience in the food production industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is advantageous
