Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn multiple aspects of farm management, operations, hospitality, and marketing. The trainee will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience across different departments. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day farm operations, including crop planning, livestock care, and sustainable farming practices. Support guest management, farmhouse events, and hospitality services. Learn and contribute to sales, marketing, and branding initiatives for farm products and experiences. Help in planning and execution of new projects, eco-tourism programs, and school outreach (e.g., Junior Naturalist Program). Maintain documentation, reports, and inventory records. Work closely with senior managers and provide input for process improvements.
