As a skilled professional in the field of B2B integration and client support, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional customer interaction abilities. Your role will involve engaging with clients and internal stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a customer-centric approach. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and knowledge of French being an additional advantage. Your responsibilities will include managing client requests efficiently, prioritizing tasks effectively amidst changing requirements, and ensuring timely responses to emails and messages to meet service level agreements. Collaboration with team members and leadership to address issues promptly and prevent delays is crucial to maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position should be adept at multitasking, capable of working with minimal supervision, and exhibit a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Strong incident management, problem management, and change management skills are essential for effective resolution of issues and continuous improvement. In terms of technical skills, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Sterling B2B and file gateway channels, particularly Sterling Integrator. Proficiency in Mainframe tools such as JCL, Scheduling (Zeke), and REXX would be advantageous. Your expertise in data integration, exchange, and mapping using Sterling B2B & File share Gateway is crucial for successful project execution. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of EDI transport protocols like FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and Web Services. Proficiency in debugging and logging, experience with Unix-based operating systems, and database management skills in Oracle and SQL Server are also required. Knowledge of SSH key authentication, Connect:Direct (within Sterling), and routing templates will be beneficial for this role. Furthermore, the ability to create and maintain system documentation, provide support for existing B2Bi applications, troubleshoot issues, implement modifications and enhancements, and ensure the smooth functioning of tools and web services are key aspects of this position.
