In terms of technical skills, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Sterling B2B and file gateway channels, particularly Sterling Integrator. Proficiency in Mainframe tools such as JCL, Scheduling (Zeke), and REXX would be advantageous. Your expertise in data integration, exchange, and mapping using Sterling B2B & File share Gateway is crucial for successful project execution. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of EDI transport protocols like FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and Web Services. Proficiency in debugging and logging, experience with Unix-based operating systems, and database management skills in Oracle and SQL Server are also required. Knowledge of SSH key authentication, Connect:Direct (within Sterling), and routing templates will be beneficial for this role. Furthermore, the ability to create and maintain system documentation, provide support for existing B2Bi applications, troubleshoot issues, implement modifications and enhancements, and ensure the smooth functioning of tools and web services are key aspects of this position.
