Key Responsibilities Study and interpret electrical drawings, cable schedules, routing layouts, and interconnection diagrams . Supervise routing, laying, dressing, tagging, and termination of HT/LT power, control, and instrumentation cables . Verify and ensure correct cable specifications, segregation, and mechanical protection as per design standards. Oversee installation and commissioning of motors, drives, panels, switchgear, earthing systems, and lighting . Conduct and validate cable testing including continuity, insulation resistance, and megger tests . Perform pre-commissioning checks and functional testing of control panels and protection devices. Plan and execute cold and hot commissioning , including system integration, trial runs, and performance testing. Coordinate with mechanical/civil teams and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Enforce compliance with IS/IEC/IEEE safety standards and maintain accurate documentation. Track and report daily progress , addressing issues and resolving punch points on time. Desired Candidate Profile Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering . Hands-on experience in project execution, cable laying, and commissioning of electrical systems . Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, panels, drives, and switchgear .
