Performance Management & Efficiency Initiatives Track and analyze carrier KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, damage rates, claims ratio, and transit time reliability. Develop performance scorecards and support regular supplier review processes in collaboration with operations teams. Support initiatives that improve service reliability, reduce lead times, and increase asset utilization across freight modes. Collaborate with operations and planning teams to reduce deadhead miles, increase trailer fill rates, and minimize expedited shipments. Spend Analytics & Reporting Clean, validate, and analyze Freight Bill Audit & Payment (FBAP) data to identify anomalies, overcharges, and trends. Produce regular freight spend dashboards, cost-to-serve reports, and carrier performance reviews for internal stakeholders. Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other BI platforms to provide actionable insights on freight cost drivers. Process & Systems Improvement Support continuous improvement efforts in freight data management, cost allocation processes, and rate accuracy. Assist in managing and updating routing guides, rate matrices, and exception reporting within TMS or related systems. Provide business requirements and feedback for enhancements in TMS and freight visibility systems. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with supply planning, logistics execution, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate freight budgeting and forecasting. Act as a knowledge expert for regional teams needing support on freight modeling, pricing validation, or network efficiency. Participate in strategic transport projects and transformation initiatives, especially those related to mode shift or global lane optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of relevant experience in freight cost analysis, logistics operations, or transport efficiency roles. Strong analytical background with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data modeling, macros); experience with Power BI or similar is a plus. Working knowledge of freight cost structures for LTL, FTL, flatbed, and air container shipping. Familiarity with systems such as SAP ARIBA, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or FBAP platforms. Job Purpose Hydraulic Routing and integration engineer will be responsible for hydraulic integration, hose and tube routing design and development with the accurate vehicle master model environment and adhering to the hydraulic requirement standards to meet vehicle performance, cost quality and manufacturing requirements. Position is part of Hydraulic team at Noida and requires close collaboration with local/global peers, local and global leaders to deliver value output. Nature of work shall predominantly be focused on Hydraulic engineering across new product development, VA/VE, sustenance etc. Key Responsibilities The candidate will have responsibility for the following within a hydraulic team Receive and understand hydraulic schematic as inputs from unit team member and designing the schematics Should have through knowledge to design/select required hose, pipe, adaptors, connectors etc. meeting system requirement. 3D layout designing with master model vehicle environment in Creo, TcAE and will follow all workflow, release and baseline processes. This will also include supporting the vehicle architecture team in packaging major hydraulic components (for example, valves, pumps, motors, etc…) as necessary. Design and maintain system/vehicle specific 3D layout in ProPiping in TcAE, designing with the accurate vehicle master model environment and adhering to the hydraulic routing requirements standard. Analyze design requirements, identify modifications required to be made in hydraulic routing and piping design. After approval of the 3D design, drawings of 2D circuit, hose, piping etc. should be created according to the CNH drawing specifications All designs should be stored on a regularly bases in Team Center and all release steps should be used Co-ordinate with respective system engineers based on the need for design solutions Work in a global team environment both within the hydraulic competency group and within the other company functions including but not limited to platform product engineering, purchasing, quality, product validation, prototype shop and manufacturing. Effective Team Player: A highly motivated team player that contributes to an atmosphere in which people work together, enthusiastically and effectively, in producing outstanding results. The ability to constructively reconcile differences in an open and positive manner while operating in a highly matrixed organization. Create design standards to drive standardization across platforms Experience Required 5 years’ and above experience in agricultural/construction equipment design in hydraulics competency. Knowledge of standards is an advantage Good Knowledge of hydraulic tubes, hydraulic hoses, hydraulic fittings and related manufacturing processes and selection of hoses, tubes and fittings. Knowledge of hydraulic system and component selection is an advantage Experience in CREO piping, solid modeling, sheet-metal design, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T. Knowledge of TcAE is an advantage Familiarity with concept selection, FEA, FMEA, DOE and understands test procedures.
