You will be responsible for providing onsite technical and customer support for the installation, configuration, key operator training, and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers. This includes setting up and installing new Multifunction Printers, as well as providing routine service and maintenance for them. You will also be required to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning Multifunction Printers and perform timely checks and maintenance on all printing equipment. To excel in this role, you must have a good understanding of all hardware and software-related issues of printers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will need to accurately identify and resolve any technical issues and ensure optimum operating conditions while handling customer issues promptly. Maximizing equipment uptime through timely response and efficient repairs, along with providing selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, will be crucial. The role demands the ability to troubleshoot and think independently, along with demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, and a willingness to travel is required. You will also need to provide accurate updates for closed call information, parts usage reporting, and customer meter readings. Problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to read and comprehend technical information are key aspects of the role.
