Stay updated with the latest advancements in maintenance technology and recommend upgrades or new equipment as needed. Safety Management: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards. Implement safety protocols and provide training to maintenance staff on safe work practices. Equipment Maintenance : Oversee the maintenance of critical equipment such as CNC machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical control systems. Ensure that all equipment is operating at peak efficiency and address any issues promptly. Emergency Response: Address maintenance-related emergencies promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations. Develop and implement emergency response plans for critical equipment failures. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff. Mentor and develop the skills of the maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to maintenance protocols. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, quality control, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate on projects that require maintenance support and provide technical expertise as needed.
