As an Experienced Machine Operator at KODAND INTERNATIONAL, an authorized distributor for leading FMCG & Beverage Brands, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery for Parle's Bailley Packaged Drinking Water. Your primary duties will include PET Rinsing, Filling, Capping, Labelling, and operating the Shrink Wrapper. Your responsibilities will include operating various packaging machinery such as form-fill-seal machines, shrink tunnels, labelling systems, and automatic wrappers. You will be required to set up and change over machines for different products and packaging sizes. Monitoring packaging line performance to ensure product quality and meeting production targets will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of the machines. In case of any mechanical issues, you will diagnose and troubleshoot them, performing minor repairs and escalating major problems to the maintenance team. Quality checks on packaged products, recording machine data, following Good Manufacturing Practices, safety standards, and company SOPs will also be part of your daily tasks. To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent with technical training or a degree. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in water treatment or beverage production is required. The work location for this position is at KODAND Water Plant, Kilavallanadu, Thoothukudi, located on the Tuticorin to Tirunelveli Road.
