Job Description Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and internal networks. Manage internal network devices such switches, routers, firewall, access points etc. Manage internal systems such as Active Directory, file servers, internal applications, and intranet portals. Maintain accurate records of all IT hardware and software assets across their lifecycle (procurement to disposal). Manage software licensing, renewals, and ensure usage complies with vendor agreements. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
