Role & responsibilities Product training : The person will be responsible for all product training to all sales staff at each of the sales branches and extend the knowledge through to the dealers. The person will be a product expert and shall impart complete knowledge of the product along with its solutions and execute training plans down to the junior most SFA and dealer level He shall be accountable for translating the product and marketing objectives into training modules for 1. Shop front Staff 2 . Sony India Sales Staff. He will be accountable for creating materials and other informative documents to educate the `sales staff on prodicts and solutions. Will be responsible for creatively planning and executing training sessions that motivate the sales staff and dealers 1. Region :: Once every quarter 2. C class cities : Two every month. He will also be responsible for co ordinating and executing periodic customer research activities with special help and support from SMAP to better understand our customers. Preferred candidate profile Qualification/s : Graduate / MBA Experience : 5years to 10years Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Should be well conversant with MS Office Experience of handling marketing activities
