We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Embedded Engineer to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing, testing, and maintaining embedded systems and firmware for microcontroller-based applications.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare centers to promote medical devices. Explain product features, benefits, and offers to potential customers. Generate and qualify leads for the field sales team (BDE). Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM with daily call records. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements. Coordinate with BDEs to schedule appointments and demos. Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to concerned teams. Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead generation targets. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Science background preferred). 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales (medical/healthcare experience is an advantage). Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages as required). Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Persuasive, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
