Roto Mould Machine Supervisor Cum Operator

As a Roto Mold Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain rotational molding machines to produce plastic parts. This will involve tasks such as preparing molds, loading plastic powder, monitoring the molding cycle, and removing finished parts. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the quality of production. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor rotational molding machines, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality production. - Prepare molds by installing or removing pins and inserts, mounting molds onto the machine arm, and ensuring the correct amount of plastic powder is loaded. - Inspect finished products for flaws such as delamination, voids, bubbles, or contamination. Reject non-conforming parts and document quality issues. - Perform routine maintenance on the machines, including trimming and de-flashing products. - Document production and safety procedures to maintain a record of operations. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of total work experience in a similar role is preferred. - ITI (Fitter) certification is preferred.
