Roto Mould Machine Supervisor Cum Operator

A roto mold operator is responsible for operating and maintaining rotational molding machines to produce plastic parts, which involves tasks like preparing molds, loading plastic powder, monitoring the molding cycle, and removing finished parts. Key duties include inspecting for quality defects, performing routine maintenance, trimming and de-flashing products, and documenting production and safety procedures. The role requires attention to detail

• Machine operation: Operate and monitor rotational molding machines, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality production.
• Mold preparation: Install or remove pins and inserts, mount molds onto the machine arm, and ensure the correct amount of plastic powder is loaded.
• Quality control: Inspect finished products for flaws such as delamination, voids, bubbles, or contamination. Reject non-conforming parts and document quality issues.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
