Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and quality systems (ISO, OSHA, etc.). Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Relevant experience, with a strong background in rotary equipment maintenance in a continuous process plant Familiarity with CMMS (SAP, Maximo, etc.) and reliability-centered maintenance practices. Certification in vibration analysis or reliability engineering is an added advantage. Must be willing to travel to TCL Plants across globe
