The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Overall 15+ Years’ experience required in Oil and Gas Plant Shutdown Planning and Scheduling Be the Technical person, by understanding the Job scope, job requirement and mentor team technically. Handle multiple shutdowns. Lead the technical discussion with customer and represent the team. Utilize planning tools such as Primavera/SAP to develop integrated schedules that cover all shutdown work. Including pre-shutdown, shutdown, and post-shutdown Assess work contingencies with schedule impact Lead and monitor schedule/planning development and provide regular updates to the respective groups. Understanding of SAP PM Develop a resource plan. Train Jr. Team members and developing them technically strong. Identify and monitor all critical and sub-critical paths for the total event Educate field execution personnel on look-ahead schedules Should have a strong understanding and in-depth knowledge on both Static and Rotary (Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Towers, Reactors, Pumps, Turbines etc.)

Preparing and ensuring compliance to the maintenance procedures, Preventive and Predictive maintenance schedules. Condition monitoring of rotating equipment, analysis and advice Assist plant maintenance in troubleshooting critical problems. Supervision of quality checks during overhauling of critical rotating equipment. Assistance/ Association in repair and refurbishment of rotating equipment/components. Perform Failure analysis and Root cause analysis (RCA) of repetitive failures Review and optimize maintenance tasksfrequencies. Applying the leanings from RCA to proactively increase the reliability of other assets. Ensure safe and trouble free start-up of critical rotating machines Provide technical support for critical and insurance spares reviews. Training faculty for in-house programs related to rotary equipment. Provide inputs for planning and scheduling of critical rotating equipment overhauling. Provide assistance for erection and commissioning of new equipment. Skills & Competencies Knowledge on rotating equipment maintenance techniques and types Knowledge of Reliability principles (RCM/FMEA, Statistical tools) Knowledge of industry standards and codes (API, ASME, ISO etc.) Analytical ability Good interpersonal skills Communication skills Decision-making ability Education Required Bachelors or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering with good consistent academic records Experience Require 7-8 years Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemical plant design/maintenance/operations experience is required with at least 3-5 year's experience in Rotating Equipment. Hands on experience in rotating equipment trouble shooting, maintenance and condition monitoring. Experience in Rotating equipment selection, erection and commissioning is preferred. Participate in root cause analysis of various failures in fixed equipment, generate report and provide recommendations Update corrosion manuals as applicable.
