As a Technical Support Engineer at Unbox Robotics, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing warehouses and distribution centers with our cutting-edge mobile robotics systems. Founded in 2019 and backed by prominent investors and angels, Unbox Robotics is seeking talented individuals to join our team of visionaries and doers at our Pune, India office. Your responsibilities will include generating daily reports using dashboards, consolidating summaries from customer sites, following up on tickets and resolving issues, providing maintenance support to customers, and coordinating with the appropriate teams for issue resolution. We are looking for candidates with knowledge of maintenance processes, strong coordination and collaboration skills, basic automation knowledge, hands-on experience with Excel, and excellent analytical abilities. Desired qualifications for this role include a BE or graduation in a relevant field and 0-2 years of work experience. Ideal candidates will be constant learners striving to become subject matter experts, have a proven track record in a startup environment working with innovations, be accustomed to high-paced working environments, and demonstrate the ability to execute detailed procedures under time constraints. While not mandatory, exposure to Linux, ROS knowledge, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the automation industry are considered advantageous. The work location for this position is in Pune, and the work mode is in-campus with a competitive salary range on offer.
