Job Description

We are hiring for ROR Developer who has strong experience in ROR with databases like SQL/postgres, AWS experience/knowledge would be additional advantage

JD:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance Ruby on Rails applications in a microservices and monolithic architecture.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across production environments (AWS/GCP).
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js) and third-party services.
Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to ensure high code quality.
Work on CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible for automated deployments.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
Upgrade legacy Rails applications (e.g., Rails 5 Rails 7/8), improve maintainability, and reduce technical debt.
Ensure application security through secure coding practices, vulnerability scanning, and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GLBA, etc.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos
