Job Title: CPG Demand Analyst The NPF Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the Non-Plannable Flag (NPF) process and ensuring that the Re-Order Point (ROP Logic) is accurately applied, monitored, and maintained across systems to streamline order processing, reduce manual interventions, and support business unit decisions. The analyst will collaborate with Sales, Sales BU, Order Management, Business Intelligence, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations, data integrity, process compliance, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee periodic data refreshes and ensure alignment across systems. • Review flagged orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine appropriate actions. • Act as a liaison between Sales, Business Units, Order Management, and IT to ensure process alignment and resolve issues. • Prioritize turnaround time by promptly reviewing ROP-gated orders and coordinating with stakeholders to identify root causes and drive timely resolutions. • Participate in process reviews and contribute to system and reporting enhancements. • Ensure smooth execution of daily operations. • Demonstrate agility and a proactive mindsetquickly assess issues and take initiative to resolve them. Required Skills: - Analytical Thinking - Ability to quickly assess flagged orders and identify root causes. Strong judgment in recommending appropriate actions based on data and stakeholder input. • Agility & Proactiveness - Fast-paced decision-making and a go-getter attitude to meet tight turnaround times. • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Comfortable working with Sales, Business Units, Order Management, and IT teams. Skilled in navigating different perspectives to align on solutions. • Communication & Influence - Clear and concise communicator who can escalate issues and drive alignment.
