Responsibility for manufacturing quality on day to day basis like- line quality/ Process audit/Product audit/ Dock audit/ Error proofing/ Gauges /SPC /PFMEA etc. Responsible for customer specific quality requirements and audits in line. Responsible for scrap reduction/ process capability improvement etc in manufacturing lines. Responsible for IATF -16949 audit and maintain Quality operating system in the line. Attending meetings with customers & suppliers on regular basis. QMS/ISO 9001 /IATF 16949 in depth understanding and Knowledge (lead Auditor Certified ) preferred. Expert in APQP,PPAP, FMEA,SPC and MSA system on shop floor. 7 QC tools and CAPA /critical analysis of process and product to improve the quality. Internal /external audits of QMS and Product Knowledge and usage of Quality tools. Knowledge of SAP, QM module and ISO 14000 preferred.
