Document Management: Draft, edit, and manage official correspondence, project reports, regulatory filings, and presentations. Travel & Logistics: Organize and manage high-level travel itineraries—local, interstate, and plant-site specific—including transport, accommodations, and site protocol. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure all follow-ups are tracked and completed on time. Project Tracking: Help oversee timelines and deliverables for critical infrastructure, procurement, and compliance initiatives. Confidential Support: Handle sensitive business and financial data with complete discretion. Personal Coordination: Assist the MD with select personal tasks to streamline their focus on business priorities.
