Role & responsibilities Bills Verification and SAP Posting with appropriate GST, TDS and other Tax compliances: Manpower and other Contractors, Freight Forwarders and CHA Import of Goods and Services Travelling Bills (Dom. & Foreign) of Team Reconciliation, processing and closing of: Employee Imprests, Corp Credit Cards, General Exp. Expenses Payable including Salaries, Foreign Vendors, imports etc. Other Loans and Advances Extracting Quantitative Analysis: Tax Audit, Plants capacities and utilization analysis. Handling Cash both INR and Foreign Currencies. Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP system. Understanding of TDS, TCS, and GST regulations and compliance. Experience in Plant Accounting and related financial processes. Proficient in handling MIRO transactions and Journal Vouchers. Responsible for bank payments and related documentation. Conduct regular account reconciliations (vendor, bank, etc.). Manage and handle cash transactions securely and accurately. Verify and process expenses such as TA/DA, CHA bills and general expenditures.
