Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Answer phone, take orders accurately, process payments, and use POS systems.
  • Delivery & Setup: Promptly deliver food/drinks, set tables/trays in rooms per standards, ensure condiments/utensils are present.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests, address needs, remember preferences, handle requests (e.g., extra pillows, dry cleaning).
  • Service Standards: Maintain food presentation, temperature, and speed of service; clear dishes after meals.
  • Station Maintenance: Keep work areas, carts, and minibar stocked and clean.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Previous hotel or food service background helpful.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, organization, ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with menus, beverages, and dietary needs.
  • Personal Attributes: Friendly, professional, reliable, flexible (nights/weekends).

Distinction from Room Attendant:

  • Room Service: Focuses on in-room dining and guest orders.
  • Room Attendant: Focuses on room cleaning, housekeeping, making beds, restocking amenities, and general room maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
