You will play a crucial role as a Sales Manager - Rooftop in our Noida location with 3 to 4 years of experience in the construction or building materials industry. Your primary focus will be on leading a sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Your strong leadership skills, understanding of rooftop products, and proven track record in sales will be instrumental in achieving success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing and guiding a team of sales representatives, exploring new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, collaborating with the marketing team on promotional activities, evaluating sales team performance, monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the company at industry events. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, have 3 to 4 years of sales experience (preferably in the construction industry), demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, possess strong leadership and management skills, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, be proficient in MS Office and CRM software, be willing to travel frequently, and have knowledge of rooftop products and their applications in construction projects.
