Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for solution-based selling. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the roofing sheet segment . Visit and build strong relationships with potential customers such as contractors, engineers, builders, homeowners, and institutions . Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate roofing solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals. Coordinate with the factory/dispatch team for smooth order execution. Report daily/weekly activities and performance to the sales manager. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or site visits as required. Requirements: Proven field sales experience (preferably in building materials/roofing/steel products). Strong local market knowledge in the assigned region (Calicut, Kochi, or Malappuram). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Two-wheeler with valid driving license is a must. Qualification: Minimum +2; Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferred.
